1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Kindred Tails website and any purchase from us. By placing an order you agree to them. 2. How Orders Are Formed

Our checkout produces an order request and reference number. A contract is formed only when we email you confirming the order, its contents, shipping and the final total. Until that confirmation, we may decline or cancel an order request — for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and we will tell you promptly by email.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product page at the time of your order request, unless an obvious error has occurred. Payment is arranged after order confirmation, by the method stated in your confirmation email. Title to goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

4. Product Information

We work hard to describe products accurately. Where a specification has not yet been verified with our supplier, the product page marks it as a placeholder rather than stating a figure. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Nothing on this site limits your statutory rights regarding faulty or mis-described goods.

5. Delivery and Returns

Delivery is as described in your confirmation email and our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms and does not reduce any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Site content (text, images, logo and design) belongs to Kindred Tails or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from any order is limited to the total paid for the goods concerned. Pet products must be used as directed and pets supervised with any accessory; harnesses, collars and mounts are not substitutes for supervision.

8. Changes and Governing Terms
