What We Collect and Why

Orders. When you check out, the details you enter (name, email, delivery address, order contents) are used to generate your order email. Your cart is stored only in your own browser (local storage) until you send that email. We keep order correspondence in our email system to fulfil your order, handle returns and meet record-keeping obligations.

Newsletter. If you join our list, we record your email address and your consent, and use it only to send the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Website analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured to measure aggregate visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so we can improve the store. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share data only where necessary: delivery carriers receive your name, address and (where provided) phone number for delivery; payment providers process payment details directly — we never see or store full card numbers. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Whatever your state, email us and we will honor access, correction and deletion requests for the data we hold, and respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your state attorney general or privacy regulator.

Retention and Security

Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfilment, returns and legal record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. We use reputable providers with access controls and encryption in transit; no system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of any breach as required by law.

Children and Changes

This store is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised date.
